There is a faster way to get an apostille done, find a place close to you that provide the apostille service and the agency will overnight the apostille to a carrier that leaves close to the agency and the carrier will physically walk in the agency and drop off the documents and pick up the documents done with in 24 hours and overnight back the documents to the agency,  this way you can have your documents with in 5 days max. This service is expensive. 

You can also find an agency that provides the apostille service and have them mail via regular mail the paperwork to a carrier and once the carrier picks up send back via regular mail, this process may take 7 to 10 business days.

How much does it cost to have a document Apostille?

If you leave close or are willing to drive to the secretary of State agency it will cost you $10 dollars per document.

If you do not leave close to the secretary of State agency this service is expensive. The reason why is expensive is because the agency close to you that offer this service, must do the following things.

Get the paper notarized

Go to the Postal Office and purchase a $10 money order

Send the package to carrier that leaves close to the Secretary of State agency

Pay the carrier for their service

Pay a return envelop

Received the package and deliver to client.

This service is usually between $200 to $280 dollars.
